This course is suitable from the first trimester until childbirth. You can join at any time, and the sessions are available individually.
Through yoga, you will find peace and balance, as well as strength and flexibility.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) can help expectant mothers develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for pregnancy, which can also be applied during childbirth to make contractions more manageable.
