50th anniversary of the OCL
The roots of the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra, charged with 50 years of memories, promise a never ceasingly renewed springtime and an opening of new horizons. On this occasion, the musicians of the OCL wanted to spend an unforgettable evening surrounded by those dear to them. Classical repertoire goes hand in hand with a contemporary premiere; the winner of the second edition of the Anne and Françoise Groben Prize will take part, confirming the OCL’s unwavering engagement with young artists. An atypical surprise programme therefore, that mirrors their history and the kaleidoscope through which can be seen new perspectives, based now more than ever on artistic exigency, sharing and transmission.
