Experiencing non-formal education : fewer screens, more movement, discovery, and experiences
The Children's Festival welcomes you to explore non-formal education through fifty interactive and enriching workshops designed for children aged 0 to 12 and their families.
The diverse range of creative, sporting, artistic, cultural, and language-based activities offered within education and childcare facilities contributes to children's development, away from screens.
The workshops at the Children’s Festival demonstrate through play, exploration, movement, and creativity, how non-formal education supports and fosters the development of essential skills such as motor skills, creativity, and language in children.
.
Organised as part of Children's Week (17–23 May 2025) by the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth in collaboration with actors in non-formal education, the Children’s Festival is a wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories and share meaningful moments with your children.
