PROPULSION is a transnational support scheme for young jazz and related music artists. The second edition takes place this year in the Grand Est region of France,Luxembourg and French-speaking Belgium (Wallonia). Project promoters, selected on the basis of a call for applications, benefit from networking and à la carte training in production, distribution and communication. Artist mentors provide an artistic perspective and support the winners from pre-recording to the release of a promotional EP. Propulsion release concerts are organised in the partner countries, giving the winners the opportunity to present their new EP on a co-platform and in professional conditions.
