As part of the event “Wine Culture Enjoy” and the exhibition “miMO – Exposition d’art contemporain miniature du Luxembourg”, the museum “A Possen” invites you to discover the fascinating world of engraving. Luxembourgish engraver Marie-Pierre Speltz will introduce you to her techniques, her fascinating creations and her sources of inspiration. The artist will present various objects to introduce you to the technique of this art. A unique opportunity to discover the timeless beauty of engraving! At the end of this encounter, you are welcome to enjoy a glass of Moselle wine at the Wäistuff (depending on the availability of the innkeeper. The glass is not included in the price).
Marie-Pierre Speltz discovered her passion for engraving at the Atelier Empreinte in Luxembourg, of which she has been a member since 2007. Marie-Pierre Speltz holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Human Sciences in Strasbourg, is a founding member of Musel Link a.s.b.l. and lives and works in Bergem (L).
